At Landerspace, we carefully curate and ship physical products made available through our online store. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by customs, postal services, or international shipping carriers
- Minor cosmetic variations or differences in packaging
- Products purchased during promotions or special offers
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:
- Clear photos or video of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging
- Your order number
After review, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement of the item
- Partial refund
- Store credit
We do not issue refunds without documented proof.
3. Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- International shipping carriers
- Local postal services
- Force majeure events
If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and offer a reasonable resolution.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Provide evidence to payment processors
- Suspend future purchases from customers involved in abusive disputes
